Again, we have some diverse personnel who solve internal problems in new ways. The result is a more efficient and innovative plant, with processes specifically tailored to matrix drill bit production.

The Encore Manufacturing Team
The Encore manufacturing team continuously streamlines processes to produce cost effective drill bits with first class quality. Our plant provides repeatable performance by turning out bits exactly as designed from our engineering department. We are continually trying to improve processes for efficiency, and to provide a safer and more livable work place for our plant personnel. While this is not readily apparent to our customers, our plant is very much a "green" workplace.

the way. During manufacturing any excess material will be
recycled and reused. |
